What the Platform Provides

• Tools for managing livestock, inventory, finances, and farm operations
• Analytics dashboards and operational performance insights
• AI-powered trend analysis and automated alerts
• Marketplace access to vetted vendors and suppliers
• Multi-user role management and team collaboration tools
• Health records, treatment tracking, and veterinary reminders
• Financial tracking including revenue, expenses, and profitability reports

What the Platform Does NOT Provide

• Veterinary or animal medical advice of any kind
• Guaranteed farm outcomes or production targets
• Professional financial or business consulting
• Legal advice or compliance certification
• Replacement for licensed professional consultations

Eligibility Requirements

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not have been previously suspended or banned from the Platform
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information
• Represent a legitimate agricultural operation, business, or related enterprise

Account Accuracy

You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without notice or refund.

Your Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must assign roles and permissions to team members carefully and appropriately
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
• You must not share login credentials with unauthorized persons

Company Liability for Account Misuse

You Own Your Data

You retain full ownership of all Farm Data you enter into the Platform. We do not claim ownership over your operational data, livestock records, or financial information.

License You Grant Us

By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Store and process your data to deliver the Platform's features
• Use anonymized and aggregated data to improve the Platform and its analytics
• Generate system performance statistics and platform-wide benchmarks

What We Will Never Do

• Sell, rent, or transfer your identifiable farm data to third parties
• Use your data for advertising or marketing purposes without your consent
• Share your operational data with competitors or unaffiliated businesses

No Guarantee of Accuracy

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of:

• Data entered by users or imported from third-party systems
• Analytical reports and operational summaries
• Automated alerts, notifications, or recommendations
• AI-generated insights or trend predictions
• Financial projections or cost estimates

Your Verification Responsibility

You are responsible for independently verifying all data, reports, and decisions made using the Platform before taking any action affecting animal welfare, finances, or operations.

What the Platform Provides (Health Features)

• Storage and organization of animal health and medical records
• Vaccination and treatment scheduling reminders
• Health history logs and pattern visualization
• Weight, growth, and production tracking over time

Medical Liability Exclusion

The Company is expressly not liable for:

• Incorrect, delayed, or missed animal treatments
• Animal illness, injury, suffering, or death
• Veterinary decisions made based on Platform data
• Loss of production or value resulting from animal health events
• Any consequence of relying on Platform reminders as a substitute for professional veterinary care

Financial Tools Disclaimer

The Platform includes expense tracking, revenue logging, and financial analytics. These are organizational tools only. We expressly do not guarantee:

• The accuracy of any financial figures or projections
• Profitability outcomes based on Platform recommendations
• Tax compliance or accounting accuracy
• Business viability predictions

Business Risk Assumption

You remain fully and solely responsible for all financial decisions, business outcomes, and economic risks associated with the operation of your farm. We recommend consulting a qualified accountant or financial advisor for all significant financial decisions.

Role of Fellow Farmers in Marketplace

When you use the Platform's marketplace or stock ordering features:

• The Company acts only as a technology intermediary
• We do not manufacture, stock, or directly supply any products
• We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of vendor products
• We do not guarantee delivery timelines or fulfillment of orders
• All pricing is set independently by vendors and may change without notice

Marketplace Liability Exclusion

The Company is not liable for:

• Defective, dangerous, or non-conforming products supplied by vendors
• Delivery failures, delays, or incorrect shipments
• Vendor pricing errors or unexpected cost changes
• Disputes between you and any vendor
• Financial losses arising from marketplace transactions

Nature of AI Features

Our AI and automated features use statistical models and historical data patterns. These systems:

• May produce incorrect, incomplete, or misleading outputs
• Are based on general agricultural data and may not suit every specific context
• Do not account for real-world conditions, weather, local regulations, or unique farm circumstances
• Are periodically updated but may not reflect the most current agricultural best practices

AI Liability Exclusion

The Company accepts no liability for any decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated insights, predictions, alerts, or automated recommendations.

Scheduled Maintenance

We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily interrupt service. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance windows.

Specific Exclusions from Liability

• Livestock loss, death, injury, or deterioration in health
• Disease outbreaks or failure to detect animal health conditions
• Missed, incorrect, or delayed medical treatments
• Financial losses, reduced profitability, or missed business opportunities
• Inventory mismanagement or stock discrepancies
• Operational failures or disruptions to farm productivity
• Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data
• Vendor failures, defective products, or marketplace disputes
• System downtime, maintenance interruptions, or service outages
• Loss arising from reliance on AI insights or automated alerts
• Errors in reports, analytics, or Platform-generated documents

Liability Cap

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Fellow Farmers in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You Agree NOT To

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Upload, transmit, or store malicious code, malware, or viruses
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or circumvent the Platform's security systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract data from the Platform without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Platform
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems belonging to other users
• Sublicense, resell, or commercialize Platform access without our written consent

Your Security Responsibilities

• Use strong, unique passwords for your account
• Enable two-factor authentication where available
• Report any suspected security incident immediately
• Do not access the Platform over unsecured public networks without a VPN

Key Privacy Commitments

• We collect only the data necessary to deliver and improve our services
• We do not sell personal data to third parties
• You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations in our operating jurisdictions
• We will notify you promptly of any data breach affecting your personal information

Subscription Terms

• Access to certain features requires an active paid subscription
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice
• Failure to maintain payment may result in feature restrictions or account suspension
• Annual subscriptions may be eligible for discounts as advertised on our pricing page

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription and cancellation timeline.

General Refund Policy

• All subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced
• Exceptions may apply in cases of confirmed technical failures on our part that rendered the Platform unusable
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the charge
• Trial periods, if offered, are provided free of charge and do not entitle users to refunds

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period expires.

You May NOT

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform
• Resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, branding, or attribution
• Use our trademarks or branding without explicit written permission

Our Right to Terminate or Suspend

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• We detect fraudulent, abusive, or harmful use of the Platform
• Your payment fails and is not remedied within the grace period
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• Continued access poses a security risk to the Platform or other users

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access will be revoked immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period (typically 30 days) during which you may request a data export. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.
